General Description
Fasada is a SME construction company established in year 1992. The company is active in retrofitting and construction of new buildings. Fasada provides services for real-estate investors, public authorities, building administrators and individual clients. The company scope of work contains both: acting as the general contractor and competent consultancy regarding the best solutions for building components and systems that help to minimize energy consumption and increase the sustainability of the buildings. The strategy of the company is to implement innovative building components and innovative façade systems on construction market. Fasada also executes the works on the buildings that are under cultural heritage protection. The company has been involved in construction works in many prestigious buildings e.g. Summer resort of the President of the Republic of Poland.
From the 2011 year the company is performing research and development activities. Fasada has experience in application of the innovative building components to different type of buildings: dwellings, office buildings, commercial and historic buildings. The company has participated in introduction on polish market new insulation brick cladding systems - Gebrik. Currently the company is involved in research activities within five international research projects.

Agnieszka Lukaszewska, MSc (Female): graduated Civil Engineering Department at Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland) and Structural Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden). Mrs. Lukaszewska was a Chairman of the Steering Committee of the strategic project “Integrated System of Reducing Energy Demands of the Building” coordinated by The National Centre of Research and Development in Poland. Mrs. Lukaszewska has experience in innovative research international projects. She has been involved also in the activities of the Polish Construction Technology Platform (PPTB) and European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP). |  |
Marek Giluń, MSc (Male): graduated Maritime Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland). He has more than 30 years of experience in construction area with a focus on the façade systems. He has experience in retrofitting of many prestigious buildings e.g. old town in Prague in Czech Republic and Summer Resort of President of Poland. | |
