50 dwellings in Breda, the Netherlands

In Breda 250 row houses from a social housings company will be nZE (net zero energy) renovated, whereby the first fase of 50 dwellings will be part of the P2ENDURE project.
For this renovation a one-stop-shop concept will be used whereby 1 to 2 days/dwelling is needed for the total renovation.
During this renovation the light facades will be totally removed in a short time and replaced with a multifunctional prefab façade element including heating and ventilation systems.
In addition the roof will be replaced, PV-panels will already be integrated in the new and better insulated roof.
On the attic the HVAC engine will be placed, this is a framework where all HVAC installations are installed on for easy installation and removal.
During this renovation the occupants will be staying in the dwelling.
