• Evidence-based innovation through real deep renovation projects with performance monitoring

The Plug-and-Play (PnP) prefab product innovations in combination with the process innovations, value-chain methods and tools will be implemented in real deep renovation projects covering the typologies:

• Transformation from public or historic buildings into dwellings
  
• Residential buildings and districts
  
• Public buildings 

P2ENDURE consortium and stakeholders have carefully selected 10 deep renovation projects (plus 3 reserved projects) that have a real plan for implementation, including own funding and policy support from the local government. This guarantees the continuity of these projects while the P2ENDURE project is bringing added values in terms of innovative solutions to be taken up in these projects. P2ENDURE resources are thus focused on supporting innovation to be integrated in the real projects in order to encourage the projects to go beyond the previously known traditional renovation solutions. The P2ENDURE solutions will be tested against the stakeholders' requirements and local conditions to prove the higher performance and better cost-competitiveness of the innovative solutions compared to the existing ones.​​​
