D1.2: Designs of integrated packages
of deep renovation solutions
Summary
P2Endure is a European research project funded under the EU programme H2020-EE-2016-PPP
(supporting accelerated and cost-effective deep renovation of buildings through Public-Private
Partnerships (EEB PPP). The project aims to improve the availability and performance of energy saving
solutions for deep renovation and transformation of vacant, obsolete or sub-optimal public buildings into
dwellings promoting evidence-based innovative solutions for deep renovation based on prefabricated
Plug and- Play systems in combination with on-site robotic 3D-printing and BIM demonstrated and
monitored at 11 real projects, 2 virtual demonstrators in 4 geo-clusters with EU-wide replication
potentials.
The report describes renovation solutions that have been or will be implemented within the project’s
demonstration cases. The following products have been selected for the project needs:
- FC multifunctional panel
- RenoZEB Unit
- Frameless facade – Cocoonz
- BEAM façade
- Aluminium façade element
- Smart energy-efficient window
- Rooftop retrofitting
- PnP prefab bathroom
This report is addressed mainly to the building owners and aims to present optimized renovation
solutions, thus helping investors to choose the best product. It is also a compendium of knowledge for
designers who can get information on these products. BIM objects of renovation solutions can be later on
used by designers in their future projects and they can positively contribute to the exploitation of
developed solutions.
