D7.2: Technical quality assurance, risk management and detailed
demonstration plan
Summary
This document describes three relevant technical management aspects of P2Endure. The first one concerns the protocol adopted to assure the technical quality of the P2Endure outcomes. Thus, the quality management board and role of each component is presented together with the procedure for delivering, reviewing, accepting and submitting deliverable reports, milestones and dissemination materials. Then, the risk management is illustrated with the required process to foresee, estimate and mitigate or resolve risks that can occur during the P2Endure lifetime. Finally, the detailed demonstration plan presents how, what, when, where and with which costs P2Endure will demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed 4M approach and related innovative solutions for buildings deep renovation.
